Lukas Polivka, born in 1967, practices law both as counsellor and in court for companies, individuals and institutions. The focus of his activities lies on civil law, private law and commercial law, often concerning legal issues of building and real estate (mainly defending landlord's rights and dealing with condominium ownership). He also provides his valuable expertise and experience in various boards of directors and foundation boards.
