Born in 1997, Bettina Fischer works primarily in the areas of labor law, tenancy law, and construction, planning, and real estate law. Other areas of focus include legal issues relating to general contract law, corporate law, and debt collection and bankruptcy law.
She advises our clients, supports them in amicable dispute resolution and, if necessary, represents them in court and before authorities. Alongside her work, she is currently writing a dissertation in civil procedure law on the topic of the standard of proof in summary proceedings.
