Nadja Lüthi is now Junior-Partner at NEOVIUS

With her long-standing and big effort to our law firm, she has become a very important and valuable support. Nadja Lüthi focuses on all aspects of planning and construction law, from the planning phase to the finalisation of the project. She counsels and practices in court for companies, government authorities and institutions as well as private individuals, be they builder-owners, planners or entrepreneurs. Her core expertise includes public law with a special focus on public employment law, administrative organisation and procedural law, public tender law and health law. She advises and represents our clients in all matters relating to contract and administrative law and has broad-ranging procedural experience in Basel-Stadt and Basel-Land.
