Basel is the architectural capital of Switzerland. Hardly any other region gathers so many internationally active architectural offices. In order to visibly unfold this diverse potential of building culture, expertise and enthusiasm that exists in the city and region, Architektur Dialoge has initiated a new biennial platform for architecture and urban development: the Architekturwoche Basel (AWB). The first Architecture Week Basel will take place from May 9-15, 2022 and will present three formats of its own and more than 100 events by partners.
