As an attorney, Nadja Lüthi, born in 1987, focuses on all aspects of planning and construction law, from the planning phase to the finalisation of the project. She counsels and practices in court for companies, government authorities and institutions as well as private individuals, be they builder-owners, planners or entrepreneurs.

Her core expertise includes public law with a special focus on public employment law, administrative organisation and procedural law, public tender law and health law.

She also advises and represents our clients in private employment law, contract and corporate law as well as in all matters of administrative law. In particular, she has a broad experience in accompanying litigation in Basel-Stadt and Basel-Land.
